We’re Tammy Harris and Robert Harris, the owners of Pure Green Janitorial, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in the cleaning industry each, we’ve gained extensive knowledge and a strong appreciation for the importance of reliable, high-quality cleaning. We founded Pure Green Janitorial to bring our experience and commitment to excellence to local businesses, providing dependable service, attention to detail, and personalized care for every client.

Our Vetting Process
Pure Green Janitorial has a strong vetting process; all of our professional cleaners go through our extensive vetting processes, including:
- Extensive Interview
- 13 Panel drug screen that tests for the 13 most common drugs
- Social Security Number Trace
- A National Background Check
- A Federal Background Check
- The Global Watch List
- The National Sex Offender Registry
These vetting processes set us apart.
When you choose a cleaning company, make sure you understand:
- Who conducts their vetting
- Where the vetting is conducted
Drug screening can vary widely:
- Some companies do not perform drug screens at all.
- Some only require a basic 5‑ or 10‑panel test.
- Others may do a quick oral swab themselves instead of using a medical facility with trained professionals.
Background checks are another area where standards differ:
- Some companies run background checks, and some do not.
- In some cases, applicants are simply told to visit any police station and bring back a report.
- This approach may miss serious issues, such as federal arrests for crimes like forgery and more.
Ask whether they conduct a Social Security number trace. This helps identify places the applicant has lived or worked that were not listed, may have been hidden, or are in counties that did not participate on a standard criminal background check.
The Global Watch List and National Sex Offender Registry checks are also essential. You should feel confident that anyone entering your facility, school, office, or other space has been thoroughly screened so you and your co‑workers remain and feel safe.
